Faux Floral Rental Policy
Rental Policy Overview
Our faux floral rentals are designed to provide a stress-free, luxury event experience through professionally curated floral collections and all-inclusive service. All packages include delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup.
Please review the following policies prior to booking.
Booking & Reservations
Reserving Your Event Date
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date and floral collection.
Dates and inventory are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Because inventory is limited, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Payment Policy
Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your reservation. No dates or inventory are held without a completed booking.
Final Payment
Final payment must be completed prior to the event date according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.
Floral Collections
Pre-Designed Collections
All floral arrangements are professionally designed in advance and rented as shown in our portfolio and marketing materials.
To maintain consistency, quality, and pricing efficiency, custom floral modifications are not offered.
Inventory Availability
All rentals are subject to inventory availability at the time of booking.
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Included Services
All packages include:
- Delivery
- Professional setup
- Breakdown
- Pickup after the event
Delivery pricing and service areas may vary depending on venue location and logistics.
Venue Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access during agreed setup and breakdown times.
Delays caused by restricted access, venue limitations, or scheduling conflicts may result in additional fees.
Rental Item Care
Client Responsibility
Rental items remain the property of the company at all times.
Clients are responsible for protecting rental items from:
- Theft
- Excessive damage
- Open flames
- Severe weather exposure
- Improper handling by guests or vendors
Damage Policy
Normal wear is expected. However, clients may be charged for excessive damage, missing items, staining, breakage, or loss beyond normal event use.
Replacement fees may apply for damaged or unreturned inventory.
Outdoor Event Policy
Outdoor events are permitted; however, faux florals must be protected from:
- Heavy rain
- Excessive wind
- Extreme heat
- Mud or standing water
- Unsafe weather conditions
For safety and inventory protection, setup adjustments may be required at our discretion.
Cancellation & Date Changes
Cancellations
All retainers are non-refundable due to the reservation of inventory and event dates.
Additional cancellation terms may apply based on the timing of cancellation.
Date Changes
We will make every effort to accommodate date changes; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Any approved date changes are subject to inventory and scheduling availability.
Design & Styling Expectations
Faux Floral Characteristics
Our arrangements are created using premium real-touch and silk florals designed to closely resemble fresh flowers.
While highly realistic, faux florals may have slight variations in texture, stem structure, and movement compared to live flowers.
Styling & Placement
Final floral placement and styling are completed at setup to best suit the venue layout and overall event presentation.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Venue restrictions
- Weather-related disruptions
- Third-party vendor actions
- Damage occurring after setup due to guest interference or venue staff handling
Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph installed floral designs for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
